Prosecutor was seeking confinement time. Was able to secure juvenile client 18 month probated sentence. 

Juvenile Delinquency charge for Felony Theft by Shoplifting

MARCH 2023

2 years juvenile probation only. No jail, prison, or confinement. No sex offender registration. The file will be sealed upon completion of probation and the client will have no criminal history.

Charges: Felony Aggravated Sexual Battery (two counts), Misdemeanor Battery, Misdemeanor Simple Battery, Misdemeanor Simple Assault (two counts)

NOVEMBER 2019

Got the prosecutor to agree to transfer the case to Juvenile Court. 3 charges were dismissed. No confinement time or restrictive custody. Probation only. Probation terminated early after 15 months and the case was closed. Record sealed.
